GHSLink connects the people, services and systems behind every trip. It is one platform with several workspaces, each at its own address. One GHSLink account works across all of them.

How the pieces fit together
- An operator plans a trip in the Organisation workspace and picks an FBO for each leg.
- The request lands in that FBO's Booking Requests, where an operations controller confirms it. It becomes a movement on the FBO's board.
- On the day, operations assigns the flight to a dispatcher, who runs it from their phone: on blocks, each service with its time, off blocks, sign-off.
- If Ramp is switched on, dispatchers and ramp staff scan the bags for the flight at ramp.ghslink.com.
- Transport booked on a leg becomes a job for an Exec transport company.
- Completed services flow into billing transactions and invoices.
