Team and operations settings
Add people and roles, and set the FBO's timezone, capacity, booking acceptance and public page.
Add a team member
- Go to Team and choose Add a team member.
- Enter their email and name, and tick one or more roles.
- They receive an invitation to set their password. Someone who already uses GHSLink keeps their one login.
- Add their skills (for example Customs, VIP, De-icing) so the assignment plan can match them.
You can change roles at any time (Save roles), Suspend and Reactivate someone, or Remove them. "Roles explained" and the "At a glance" matrix on the page show exactly what each role can do.

The public request page
When switched on, visitors can send a request with aircraft registration and type, where it's arriving from, passengers, ETA/ETD, services and contact details. It arrives in Booking Requests. When switched off, visitors see "No online requests here".
