One record per company, reused as owner, operator or billing agent, and aircraft anchored on registration.

An organisation is any company you deal with: owners, operators, charterers and billing agents. One record is reused in every role. Aircraft are anchored on registration. The owner, operator and default billing agent live on the aircraft, so every new booking starts correctly.

Add an organisation

1. Go to Organisations and choose to add one.
2. Enter name, account number, billing email, phone and payment terms.
3. Set its billing consolidation: Separate invoice per trip, Consolidate same-day trips, Consolidate by reservation, or Manual selection.
4. Add contacts.

The organisation page shows its contacts, aircraft, Unbilled by reservation (with Bill) and invoices. Organisations can be deactivated and reactivated.

Aircraft

• New aircraft are added from a booking or from an organisation.
• On the aircraft page set the default operator and billing agent, special requirements (for example "GPU on arrival") and notes, and see its previous movements.
