Signing in and switching workspaces
One account for every workspace: sign in, reset a password, and move between products.
Sign in
- Go to login.ghslink.com (or any product's /login address, which sends you there).
- Enter your email and password.
- Tick Keep me signed in on your own device. Leave it unticked on a shared computer: you are then signed out when the browser closes.
- Choose Sign in. With one workspace you go straight into it; with several you land on GHSLink Home.
If you opened a product page while signed out, you are brought back to that exact page after signing in.
GHSLink Home
Home greets you, offers Continue where you left off (the workspace you used last) and lists Your GHSLink workspaces: Aviation, Executive and Ramp, depending on your access. If you have none yet, it says "No workspace access yet".
Switch workspace
- From inside Aviation, open the user menu and choose Switch workspace →.
- Or go to login.ghslink.com at any time to see Home.
- Your session is shared across ghslink.com addresses, so switching never asks for your password again.
- If you belong to more than one FBO, a dropdown in the Aviation top bar switches between them.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?
- Enter your email and send the reset link.
- Open the link in the email and choose a new password (at least 8 characters).
Invited by your team?
An invitation email takes you to Set your password. After that you sign in like everyone else.
