Quotes

1. On a movement, choose Create quote.
2. While it is a Draft, add lines from a service or Other (describe it).
3. Choose Issue. Its prices are then fixed.
4. Record the outcome: Customer accepted, Rejected or Expired. If the customer uses GHSLink, they can accept or decline it themselves, with a note, and you see "Accepted by … on GHSLink".
5. To change an issued quote, Revise it. The new version replaces the old one.

Proformas

1. Choose Create proforma from a movement or from an accepted quote.
2. Issue it, then Mark paid when the customer pays in advance, or Cancel it.
