Dispatching your flights

Run each flight assigned to you from your phone: on blocks, every service with its time, off blocks, sign-off.

Dispatchers (and operations controllers running a flight themselves)

When operations assigns you flights, they appear in My shift (in the user menu). Each one opens as a flight card built for a phone: big buttons, and a time recorded for everything you do.

1. Sign in on your phone and open My shift. Your flights for today are listed in time order; the next one is highlighted.
2. Choose Open flight.
3. When the aircraft arrives on stand, tap On blocks now. The flight moves to On ground.
4. As each service is carried out, tap it under Add a service: Lavatory service, Passenger steps, Jet A-1, GPU, Baggage handling, Meet and assist, and so on. Check the quantity and the time, then Done at …. For something that takes a while, choose Started, not finished, then Done when it's finished.
5. Services operations already booked are listed at the top: tap Start and Done on each. For fuel and other measured services, enter the quantity delivered.
6. When the aircraft leaves, tap Off blocks now. The flight moves to Departed.
7. Tap Sign off flight.

What's charged

Every item is a service from the FBO's price list. Items that aren't charged, like steps or meeting passengers, are on the list at a price of zero, so they are still recorded with their time but add nothing to the invoice.
