Plan a trip

  1. Go to Trips and choose to plan a trip.
  2. Name it and pick the aircraft and client (or + New client).
  3. Start it as Planning, or as Draft (just an idea). A draft is private to your team.
  4. Add the legs: from, to and times for each.
  5. For each leg pick the handler: a GHSLink FBO, "Other handler", or "Decide later".
  6. Add the services the leg needs: Ground handling, Fuel, Transport, Catering, Hotel, Hangar, Parking, Concierge, Other.
