Setting up your organisation

Create your organisation, invite your team, and find your way around.

Where

aviation.ghslink.com/start

1. Go to aviation.ghslink.com/signup and create your account, or sign in if you already have one.
2. On How will you use GHSLink? pick what describes you best: Aircraft operator, Trip planner / Trip support, Pilot / Crew, Charter broker, Flight department, or Other aviation professional.
3. Enter your organisation name, type, home airport and operations email. You become its admin. No payment details are needed.
4. Go to Team and invite colleagues with their roles.
5. Go to Organisation to set your operations email and phone, home airport and office timezone.

The dashboard

aviation.ghslink.com/ops shows active trips, trips departing in the next 7 days, requests awaiting confirmation, what needs your action, upcoming trips and outstanding requests.
