Flight Operations: your day at a glance
The dashboard: today's board, capacity, alerts and quick actions.
Flight Operations is the first page you see. It shows the day's movements, the weather, what needs attention and how the money side is looking.
What's on the page
- Weather chip: the latest METAR for your weather station (temperature, wind, visibility, ceiling, QNH).
- Day navigation: ‹ Today › to move between days, plus Daily sheet / Tomorrow's sheet to print the movement list.
- Filters: All movements, Arrivals, Departures, On ground, Unassigned, Assigned to me.
- Automatic Capacity Protection: aircraft on the ground now and the day's peak, against the limits in Operations settings.
- Attention alerts: capacity conflicts, aircraft double-booked, movements unassigned, on ground without an ETD, departed with unbilled services, invoices past due.
- Commercial summary: invoices, ready to bill, service records and outstanding balance.
- Operations feed: recent activity across the FBO.
Quick actions
- Find the movement on the board.
- Choose Mark arrived when the aircraft is on stand, and Mark departed when it leaves.
- Open the movement for anything more: services, tasks, sign-off, billing.
Starting and ending the day
- + New booking creates a movement (see "Bookings and movements").
- Close out runs the end-of-day or end-of-shift handover (see "Close out and handover").
